Value Delivered

As part of the Operations Team at EMCOR Services Northeast in Stoughton, Massachusetts (New England), Michele is responsible for all customer correspondence and paperwork associated with the processing of renewing facilities, MEP and HVAC preventive maintenance agreements. Michele processes new building management and maintenance services contracts which include entering all information into the COINS database i.e.: entering information from contract documents and initiating the Pre-inspection for Operations to obtain Data Retrievals for equipment covered. Upon their return, the equipment is coded and entered into the system along with the PM schedule. After completion of a contract in the system, she reviews and generates the monthly PM's that are due.
