Value Delivered

As part of the Operations team, Kathryn provides support to the customer service department and field technicians. On a daily basis, Kathryn is responsible for all preparation and coordination of the daily meeting with the service department and managers to ascertain that technicians are appropriately assigned jobs for the following day. She also supports the Safety Manager with the coordination of OSHA presentations for company personnel. Once a week, Kathryn also reconciles each technicians' time on jobs to ensure the accuracy of payroll.

 

Operations and Customer Service Expertise

Kathryn has been with CommAir/Balco since June of 2004. She earned a bachelor degree in Organizational Communication from Assumption College with a minor in Education in 2006.

 

The Personal Side

Kathryn enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is a devoted Red Sox and Patriots fan who attends many games. Kathryn has had a passion for dance since the age of four. She loves to travel and enjoys spending time in New Hampshire.
