James L. Moser Project Manager

As part of the operations/sales team at EMCOR Services Northeast in Stoughton, Massachusetts (New England), Jim is responsible for managing awarded projects from inception to completion. He coordinates with the customers and arranges all of the necessary labor, subcontractors, equipment, parts and procurement that each facilities service project requires. Jim works closely with both our technicians and our customers to ensure quality installations and complete customer satisfaction.

 

HVAC, Facilities Management and Engineering Service Expertise

Jim started with the company in 2008. He graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2002 with a bachelor in facilities engineering and in 2008 got his Masters of Science in Facilities Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. He has worked as a utility operator at waste to energy facilities in Connecticut and Massachusetts where he obtained his second-class fireman license. Jim also has worked as a building engineer the past few years for Equity Office Properties and Lincoln Properties Company in downtown Boston, where he took HVAC classes, OSHA training and received his EPA universal refrigeration certificate.

 

The Personal Side

Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Brynn and daughter Charlotte. Jim is an avid sports fan that likes to fish when he has the opportunity.
