As part of the Operations team at EMCOR Services Northeast in Stoughton, Massachusetts (New England), Bob works directly with the Service Managers and Project Managers. His responsibilities include direct contact with technicians designating their service calls and answering any questions they may have on their work assignments, including customer requests. Bob also orders and expedites parts as the situation requires.

 

Included also is the assignment and training of the truck drivers in the delivery of parts and equipment to the job sites. Ordering cranes when needed and follow-up on commercial HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) equipment and parts warranties for various facilities service projects.

 

Service Industry Expertise

Bob has been in the Service Industries since 1979. He joined CommAir in 1991 after working for various mechanical contractors in the Boston area.

 

The Personal Side

Bob's family and friends call him a walking, talking Saint. He is a mall walker and enjoys attending his grandchildren's sporting events. He is a long time Red Sox and Patriots fan.
