Rob's main responsibility as part of the Operations team at EMCOR Services is to provide support to the Customer Service department and field technicians. Rob orders parts for the field staff as well as issues purchase orders. He develops relationships with vendors and works with the billing department to resolve vendor invoices and purchase order inquiries. Rob maintains the Tool Watch system and coordinates the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles. He also maintains the warehouse and handles all of the shipping and receiving requests.

 

Customer Service, Shipping & Receiving Expertise

Rob has extensive experience in the service industry with a strong background in Customer Service as well as shipping and receiving. He worked for Alden's Autoparts Warehouse as the Shipping Department Supervisor for 11 years where he was responsible for inventory control, stocking and picking up and shipping more than 1,000 units per day. Rob later went on to Specialty Supply and Marketing, Inc. where he was a Customer Service Representative and Accounts Payable Coordinator. He worked with customers to ensure proper ordering and billing, organized deliveries and processed all invoices for payment to vendors. Rob has been employed by EMCOR Services in Stoughton, Massachusetts (New England), since 2004 as a Customer Service Representative.

 

The Personal Side

Rob likes to spend time with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys working around the house on special projects as well as going to the gym. He also enjoys deep-sea fishing.
