Tiffany's main responsibility as part of the Operations team is to work with the technicians. Tiffany enters service jobs and service requests using the Coins Ti program. She then notifies the technician and gives a detailed description of the request and follows through with dispatching the technician. On a daily basis, Tiffany also updates a schedule board consisting of upcoming scheduled appointments, service jobs, service requests and facilities preventative maintenance inspections listed under each technician. Due to everyday board meetings, the schedule board serves as an effective tool in the service department.
Operations and HVAC Service Expertise
Tiffany spent several years with Jordan's Furniture as a special orders merchandising coordinator where she dealt one-on-one with vendors for the special ordering of products. In August of 2001, Tiffany began working for EMCOR Facilities Services in the Technical Services department. She entered HVAC equipment into the computerized facilities maintenance management system and generated reports based on that information. She went on to work as the contract renewal coordinator in December of 2001 and has been in her current position in customer service since 2006.
Tiffany has a Business Certificate with Kinyon-Campbell Business School and is continuing her education using the EFS e-learning training courses with a concentration in HVAC.
The Personal Side
Tiffany resides on the South Shore. She enjoys a high-impact lifestyle being a Jonny G Spin instructor at her gym. She loves bringing her dogs to the beach, which is also her favorite place. On her down time, she loves spending time with family and friends, entertaining at her house.
