David J. Bolduc, P.E. Vice President of Sales

As part of the Management and Sales team at EMCOR Services Northeast in Stoughton, Massachusetts (New England), Dave is responsible to ensure the timely delivery of HVAC services while achieving both the financial goals and growth strategies of the organization. He directs the efforts of the Sales Engineers to ensure that the HVAC designs, installations, and maintenance programs offered by EMCOR Services Northeast satisfy the customer’s requirements. Dave is responsible for the technical direction and engineering review of design/build HVAC system upgrades and energy conservation improvements. He also develops technical training and sales training plans for both existing Sales Engineers and new hires.

 

Mechanical Engineering, HVAC & Energy Efficiency Service Expertise

Dave started working in the HVAC industry in 1994. He has a strong background in energy efficiency upgrades and building optimization. Before joining EMCOR in 2006, Dave worked for Carrier Corporation for 12 years. He held several positions including Sales Manager where he directed Carrier’s design/build projects and service sales team for Eastern New England, Performance Contracting/Development Engineer where he developed design/build HVAC projects including guaranteed energy saving measures at customer facilities, and Sales Engineer where he represented Carrier’s centrifugal chiller and air handler product lines.

 

Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Massachusetts.

 

The Personal Side

Dave likes spending his spare time with his wife and two daughters. He is an active member of his church and enjoys home improvement and scuba diving.
