As part of the Sales team at EMCOR Services Northeast in Stoughton, Massachusetts (New England), Dana is responsible for identifying and responding to the needs of our customers. Dana works closely with customers to assess the mechanical systems in their facility to determine the most economical electrical and mechanical repairs, replacements or upgrades. He designs, estimates and offers proposals to customers to provide commercial mechanical solutions to meet their HVAC requirements. Dana manages projects from inception to completion coordinating the efforts of both the technicians and subcontractors to ensure the customer receives service in a timely manner. Dana estimates and creates facilities preventive maintenance agreements to help customers maintain their equipment and reduce their owning and operating costs.

 

HVAC, Refrigeration & Sales Expertise

Dana started working in the HVAC industry with CommAir in 1981 after completing a two year tour of duty in the Navy and graduating from a two year program at New England Institute of Technology in Providence, RI. He worked as an installation and start up technician until January of 2004 when he came into the office to join the sales team.

 

Dana has a Massachusetts Refrigeration Contractors license.

 

The Personal Side

Dana likes spending his spare time with family and friends.  He especially enjoys golf, coaching baseball, and all sports. His other interests are trips to the beach and working on his house.
