As part of the Service Department team at EMCOR Services Northeast in Stoughton, Massachusetts (New England), Jillian's responsibilities include acting as both the Maintenance Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Service. Jillian is responsible for running/reviewing annual job cost reports. She assigns and processes new facilities, MEP and HVAC maintenance contracts and manages existing contracts. Jillian is also involved in assisting dispatching, payroll authorization, and customer assistance.

 

Business Management Expertise

Jillian has been with the company since 2004. She started as a dispatcher and was responsible for preparing the schedule board for the daily meeting and making sure each technician was assigned to the appropriate job. Prior to joining EMCOR, Jillian was the office manager of a local service company. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell in 2004 with a bachelor degree in Business Management.

 

The Personal Side

Jillian enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys being involved with her nieces and nephews, attending concerts, outside/indoor activities and attending/watching sporting events. Jillian is an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan!
