As part of the Service Department team of EMCOR Services Northeast in Stoughton, Massachusetts (New England), Lauren assists with taking service calls, scheduling technicians and updating payroll. She assists Service Managers with maintaining an organized department and providing quality customer service. She receives and processes service related vendor invoices for manager approval. As part of the Financial Team, Lauren is responsible for various Accounts Payable duties including entering invoices, preparing invoices for payment, as well as balancing P-cards.
Customer Service Expertise
Lauren joined the EMCOR Northeast Team in May 2006 upon graduation from Fordham University in Bronx, NY. Lauren graduated with a B.A. in Art History and worked at an art gallery and auction house while in school in New York. Prior to joining EMCOR, Lauren gained strong customer service skills as a Customer Service Department Head at Stop & Shop where she worked for over 5 years.
The Personal Side
Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She travels a lot and spends many weekends in New York. Lauren loves the beach and enjoys time down the Cape in the summer. Lauren likes to stay active by running and hiking.
