EMCOR Services Northeast, Inc. Executive Receives Award Of Excellence

Frank H. Norton Honored With D. S. O'Brien Award of Excellence By The Mechanical Service Contractors of America

STOUGHTON, MA - November 6, 2009 - Frank H. Norton, Executive Vice President and Business Manager at EMCOR Services Northeast, Inc. was recently presented with the D.S. O'Brien Award of Excellence by the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) as their Annual Educational Conference kicked off recently in Bonita Springs, FL.

Prior to his position at EMCOR Services Northeast in Stoughton, MA, Mr. Norton was president and co-founder of Commonwealth Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. in South Boston (now also part of EMCOR). He was responsible for planning and directing business, marketing and quality control for the 85-employee air conditioning service company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Norton was a service technician and then a service manager for Bay State York Company, formerly in Shrewsbury, MA.

 

Mr. Norton is past president of the New England Mechanical Contractors Association and a member of the Board of Directors of the MSCA of New England. He serves on various committees in these organizations including the National Labor Negotiating Committee of the MSCA in Washington D.C.
